Need to cancel your membership? In your signup confirmation email it should say which processing company you used. Choose the correct processor below and you will be forwarded to their support page. To get the most out of your viewing experience we suggest you right click your mouse on the movie links on the video download page, and choose 'save as' (or it's variant in your web browser of choice), save the video to your hard drive. Once the video download is complete, open it with either Windows Media Player (.mpg/.mpeg/.wmv) or QuickTime Player (.mov). Please make sure you have the most recent version of the player for the video format you have downloaded.
